Equip tranq rifle to gear wheel, go to open world, select tranq rifle from gear wheel. Go to one of the blue paw spots on the map that appear, and press your context button when applicable. You'll do it over some poop or something the animal has left basically. Then, follow the tracks that appear until you reach a call spot. Call for the animal using its lure, and then you'll use any sort of pheromone if you'd like to increase the chance of a rarer variant. Then, a lure guide bar will appear, and you'll replicate the noise you heard back from the animal. It'll spawn and approach the calling point, and you should hide and tranq it as it comes to you.
